This course is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of low-rise building businesses. Further development in our on-site and practical work area and experience on real construction sites of our industry partners; you will gain top quality practical experience.

Entry Requirements
Must be 18 years old or over.
Academic Entry Requirement: Must complete high school Year 12 or equivalent and above.
Successful Completion of Certificate III in relevant trade course.*
English Entry Requirement: Academic IELTS Score overall 5.5 (no lower than 5 in each band); or equivalent, or Liberty Construction College internal ACSF/ LLN Test result score overall level 3.**
*Any AQF Qualification at the Certificate III level or above in any discipline area delivered and assessed in English will be deemed as meeting both the academic and English entry requirements.
**Students who do not possess a valid official English test result can take Liberty Construction College online LLN Test.
Pathways
Upon completion of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction, graduates may undertake other trade qualifications or progress the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) or other qualifications.
