Self Development

We help students to learn and develop their skills and abilities. In Liberty, we have trainers with more than decades of experience in various field of construction industry. We teach and train students so that they are industry ready when they complete their course. Workshops and catch-up sessions are organized for students, along with the regular classes to make sure students are confident in each unit they complete.

Work Placement

Construction courses are skills-based, with practical training forming a crucial part of the learning experience. To support this, we provide dedicated workshops for students across all campuses. In these workshops, students receive hands-on training and are closely supervised to ensure they successfully complete the practical requirements of their course, while gaining exposure to current industry practices and standards. During this training period, students are also supported in completing their required logbook hours in partnership with our affiliated construction companies.

In addition, eligible students may be offered casual or part-time employment opportunities within the construction industry while studying. Through our strong industry connections, Liberty students often succeed in securing quality employment within the building and construction sector.
